Can my order be delivered outside Metro Manila?
– Yes! We can arrange the delivery to shipping lines, trucking, and other forwarders. However, we cannot provide the cost of shipping charges.

 What is the payment method?
– For pickup: we only accept cash payment, for cheque payment we will impose 3 days clearing.

– For shipping: we require bank deposit thru BDO. Proof of payment must be submitted to us before we ship the item.

 How can I track my order?
– Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you a tracking/waybill number. Expect the waybill on the following day.

 Can I have my orders be delivered to me?
– For bulk orders, we can arrange delivery within Metro Manila. For retail orders, we suggest that you visit our store so “YOU” can personally test the product.

What is the warranty for the items we bought?
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it (Given that the item is still new) within 1 week of purchased. We usually offer 2 weeks replacement for parts and 6 months service warranty.

Does all your motors have warranty?
– Electric Motors are not included in the warranty because of the fluctuating electric current in the Philippines.

Do you give additional discounts for bulk orders?
– Yes! We only give discounts for bulk orders.
